01 · Infrared heat
Warmth that meets you deeper.
Full-spectrum infrared warms the body more directly than a traditional sauna, so the room can feel comfortable while the ritual still feels profound.
02 · Vasodilation + circulation
Your body knows what to do with heat.
As you warm, blood vessels naturally widen and circulation rises. Return consistently, and each session becomes another encounter with heat adaptation—not a promise, a practice.
03 · Red light
Step into a different kind of glow.
A full-body red light panel is already waiting inside your private suite. Use it before the heat, between rounds, or after: many guests do fifteen minutes in the sauna, step out to the red light to cool down, then go back in.
04 · Oxygen
Make room for the breath.
Oxygenate is our breathing-focused phase: slow down, breathe with intention, and close the session present. It is not supplemental oxygen or medical treatment.
05 · Warm up first
A few minutes on the bike before you go in.
Light movement before the heat gets your heart rate up, so the sauna meets a body that's already moving. Then you sit back and let go.
06 · The measurements program
We track it. You watch it become yours.
Members can see available wellness measurements and visit history develop in the app—first reading, current reading, and change over time. A drop-in is a moment. Membership reveals the pattern.
