Infrared Saunatica experience differs from traditional heat saunas, like steam and hot rocks. Using only infrared lamps, the wavelengths naturally heat your body. The sweat is deeper, even while the ambient temperature (115 to 135 degrees) is much lower, making it less taxing and more beneficial.

Lightweight and comfortable is what to keep in mind. Some wear swimsuits—most agree that birthday suit is even better. Saunatica provides the towels!

To get the most out of the IR wavelengths, don’t wear makeup or sunscreen, or anything that can block your pores.

IT’S A PROCESS

While most love the experience, results may vary on your first session. It’s generally true that you’ll sweat MORE as your body grows accustomed to the IR wavelengths. Keep in mind that the benefits of IR therapy are cumulative. As a result, pain relief and detoxing benefits may improve as your body grows accustomed to Saunatica.
